Jonathan Mason, CEO

Jonathan Mason was born in Prince George’s County, Maryland to an entrepreneur father, Theodore Mason, and a circuit court judge mother, Karen Mason. After graduating from Harvard for undergraduate studies, Mason went on to work at JPMorgan and then raised a family office investment advisory platform, Temprince - named after his late father and the great county that raised him. The man of many hats later joined with close friends to found Back of House, a progressive men’s street clothing store.

After finishing his first year at Harvard Business School (Section G), Mason realized he wanted to merge his early success in finance with his passion for empowering underserved communities by promoting community equity through entrepreneurship.

Briana Richardson, COO

Briana is highly experienced in competitive customer strategies designed to drive marketing, product, ops and corporation development decisions for an $8B tech company, and consulting (Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company). An innate leader, Briana currently serves as the Benchmarking Manager for Robinhood Markets where she has led the development of competitor and customer benchmarking for European markets. Briana’s networks also include alumni at Georgia Institute of Technology, Harvard Business School and HBS’s Crossover into Business Program.

Norman Hayes, General Manager

Norman was raised in Tucker, Georgia and earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Professionally, Norman has most recently spent his time with Mercer Digital ensuring successful implementation deployments and managing client relationships as a Consultant and Customer Success Manager. Before joining Mercer Digital, Norman worked in Remote Operations at Entertainment and Sports Programming Network (ESPN) managing the recruitment and compensation negotiations of ESPN technical crews and vendors for remote productions.

Norman also serves on the Executive Board of Livvy’s Love, Inc., a non-profit children’s assistance foundation Norman’s family established in memory of his sister, Olivia Hayes. Norman fully showcases his passion for education and excellence in every aspect as he strives to build legacy while honoring his younger sister's memory.

Peyton Brito, Chief of Staff

Peyton, a native of Cape Cod, MA, earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Working within the Nation’s most trusted profession as a Registered Nurse at Boston Children’s Hospital, she takes pride in her leadership, critical thinking, communication skills across interdisciplinary teams and client-centered advocacy – all of which she has used to adapt to the world of business starting at Temprince and now with Jentry.

She carries a relentless motivation to expand her knowledge to target preventable disparities in America. It is with devotion, diligence, and determination she seeks to empower individuals to reach their highest potential by improving access to and expanding education.

Brandon “Cole” Coleman, Director of Athlete Outreach

A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Management and Labor Relations and a minor in Human Resources. Post college, Cole joined the NFL, completing for 5 seasons with the New Orleans Saints before retirement. Cole successfully reached the highest level of competition in one of the world’s most visible sports, while teaching our youth about the challenges ahead, on and off the field, and making a difference in the lives of Alzheimer’s patients and their caregivers with Life of Legacy advocacy group. Cole is highly experienced in creative problem solutions, branding, marketing and partnership development. Cole has successfully transcended the roles of entrepreneur, storyteller, life coach and active philanthropist.
